Courtney Culver has practiced law in Texas since 2002. During her years in practice, Courtney Culver has gained substantial experience in representing both plaintiffs and corporate defendants in catastrophic personal injury, mass tort and complex commercial litigation. In addition, Courtney Culver has represented clients in numerous premises' liability, product's liability, toxic tort, general insurance defense, contract dispute, real estate and business litigation matters. In her representation of plaintiffs, Courtney Culver has participated in the litigation of mass tort, personal injury, and commercial cases with resulting settlements totaling over $192,000,000. Courtney Culver also successfully represented corporate defendants where litigation was dismissed entirely against her clients. Throughout her practice, Courtney Culver has also maintained a successful appellate record. In addition to her trial work, Courtney Culver also practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Sections, focusing on the representation of corporate entities and homeowner associations as it relates to real estate transactions, developer issues, general corporate transactions and matters governed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Courtney Culver was named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” and “Top 40 Under 40 Attorney” by H Texas and a “Rising Star Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly .
Courtney Culver earned her Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in Psychology and Neurological Studies with Distinguished Honors from Baylor University in 1999. Courtney Culver then attended Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas where Courtney Culver earned her Juris Doctor in 2002 after completing a federal judicial externship with the Western District of Texas. Courtney Culver is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas and all courts in the State of Texas. Courtney Culver is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Fort Bend Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers and Texas Young Lawyers. Courtney Culver is also a volunteer member of the American Cancer Society, Young Texans Against Cancer, Camp for All Young Professionals, Menninger Society, and Junior League of Houston, where Courtney Culver has held various leadership positions. Courtney Culver was born in Richmond, Texas in 1977.
