Gregg Weinberg heads the professional liability section of Roberts Markel Weinberg PC. Mr. Weinberg’s practice also focuses on complex commercial litigation, financial cases and cases other lawyers might consider “odd.” He is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has been listed on Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Editions 2005-2008 and 2011-2012.

Mr. Weinberg has extensive experience representing clients in ERISA litigation and those involving claims of malpractice against various types of professionals, including:

Prior to joining Roberts Markel Weinberg PC, Gregg was an associate in the Houston office of Baker Botts L.L.P. and a partner at Lyman, Twining, Weinberg & Ferrell, P.C. (formerly Giessel, Barker & Lyman).

Mr. Weinberg is married with two children. He supports a golf habit at the Golf Club at Westwood and is responsible for the welfare of four horses. Hotty Toddy.
