Mark Rabe is an associate of Roberts Markel Weinberg PC and works in the firms General Civil Litigation Group. Mark Rabe has represented clients in a variety of matters, including construction contract disputes, ad valorem tax challenges, employment practices litigation, insurance fraud, and real estate transaction disputes.
Mark Rabe served his country in the United States Army where Mark Rabe worked as a supply sergeant and paratrooper for the 18th Airborne Corp and the 82nd Airborne Division in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Mark Rabe also served one year stationed near the DMZ in South Korea. Mark Rabe interned in the 165th Harris County District Court in the summer of 2007, working on a variety of matters on the court’s civil docket with Judge Elizabeth Ray.
Mark Rabe is a native Houstonian who graduated from Alief-Elsik High School. Mark Rabe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston in 2006 and was the Student President of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Mark Rabe earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 2009. While at the Law Center, Mark Rabe served as the Executive Vice-Chair of Finance on the Board of Advocates and as the Energy Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Mark Rabe has been licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Texas since 2009. Mark Rabe is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the 82nd Airborne Division Association.
