Rick Anderson is a shareholder in the litigation section of Roberts Markel Weinberg PC. Mr. Anderson has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest such peer review rating available to any individual lawyer in ethics and competency. His practice focuses on high- stakes litigation that includes professional liability and commercial litigation. He has represented individuals and corporations in a wide range of liability and commercial disputes. Mr. Anderson is experienced in defending licensed professionals, collection agencies, licensed insurance producers and brokerage firms, insurance adjusters and adjusting firms, real estate agents and brokers, high-wealth individuals, and corporate defendants in matters involving legal malpractice, accountant malpractice, financial and insurance product disputes, complex commercial litigation, governmental investigations, arbitration, commercial banking disputes, commercial contract disputes, and probate. His other areas of experience include product liability, premise liability, contractor/subcontractor litigation, real estate litigation, and general liability defense. Mr. Anderson has a strong work ethic and takes pride in working zealously for his clients and has obtained dismissals for his individual and corporate clients. During law school, Mr. Anderson clerked for the United States Environmental Agency, Region 6, in Dallas, TX.
